As Executive Producer and Director of Event Operations, I helped take the BAZAAR from an idea to a fully realized event.

I managed the application and selection process for 30+ vendors and exhibitors, curated the lineup of emerging Bay Area musicians, and coordinated with artists, venue staff, and vendors around contracts, payments, and production responsibilities.

I also gathered promotional assets, created social media copy, coordinated volunteers and day-of-show staff, led production meetings, and managed load-in and load-out for all participating teams. Throughout the process, I kept track of promotional and production timelines to make sure everything came together on show day.
